Site operator

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of 7 January (the Portuguese Electronic Commerce Law), this website is managed and operated by Nuno Carriço, tax identification number (NIF) 241768527, based in Braga, Portugal. For any questions or to get in touch, email contact@roofslopecalc.com.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts and no forms that send data to a server. The calculator runs entirely in your browser, and the numbers you enter never leave your device. The site sets no cookies of its own. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. Cloudflare’s bot protection may also run a small security check in your browser and set a strictly necessary cookie, __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes. It is used only to tell people apart from automated traffic, not for advertising or tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how quickly pages load. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track visitors across sites or build profiles, and doesn’t store IP addresses for analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Fonts and files

The fonts, images and scripts are served from roofslopecalc.com itself. Apart from the ads described below and the Cloudflare Web Analytics script loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, loading a page sends no requests to other companies.

Advertising

The site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show you ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

• Turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.
• Opt out of other third-party vendors’ personalised ads at www.aboutads.info.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for your consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used.

Legal basis

Advertising cookies are used only with your consent. Hosting and security data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest: keeping the site available and safe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email contact@roofslopecalc.com.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal that is the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, www.cnpd.pt).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
